A vital book written at a time when fear of a virus has reached an all time high. Author Thomas Cowan looks forward to a time when he and co-author Sally Fallon Morell don’t need to write books to warn us about poisoned food and water or the false germ theory. They envision a new way of life, a paradigm shift emerging from the current ‘pandemic’. But for now:
Buckle up, folks, we are in for the ride of our lives.

Yet we live in a dystopian world where mask wearing, isolation, lockdowns and vaccinations are forced on us due to fear of a coronavirus. So many of our human rights have been taken from us over the last nine very hard months.
SARS-CoV-2
Four papers published in China are presented as the proof that SARS-CoV-2 caused the respiratory disease however according to the authors none of these studies addresses all six of Koch’s postulates – the gold standard by which scientists and doctors have long determined infectious diseases.
In The Contagion Myth, authors Thomas Cowan and Sally Fallon Morell urge us to look elsewhere for the causes of disease such as pollution in the form of electromagnetic poisoning, toxins and nutritional deficiencies. They point out that failure to do so will lead to ‘profound even unimaginable consequences for all life on earth.’ This calamity we are already experiencing.
Viral theory of disease
It was not until the late 1800s that the theory of viral causation and germ theory became popular. Convinced of the germ theory of disease scientists went on to discover the ‘virus’ with the advent of the electron microscope.
Exosomes
Except what scientists had really discovered with their electron microscopes weren’t viruses but exosomes … simple, well-characterised features in cells of all creatures. When a living organism is threatened in almost any way – through starvation, chemical poisoning, or electromagnetic effects – the cells and tissues have a mechanism for “packaging,” “propagating” and releasing their poisons.
Rather than being invaders (viruses) these exosomes are “toxin-gobbling messengers” saving us from poisons and environmental toxins.
We need to scrap the virus theory. Talk about getting things fundamentally and tragically wrong!
In fact:
The vast majority of illness that seems to be contagious is in reality just people exposed to similar toxins or suffering from the same nutritional deficiencies.
Questioning COVID
So if not of viral nature what is causing the ‘coronavirus’ illness?
Forty-three percent or more of the deaths have occurred in nursing homes or similar institutions. The average age of death is 79 years with most of the victims also suffering chronic diseases. Cowan and Fallon Morell note that the symptoms are not the same as the seasonal flu with autopsies revealing the presence of blood clots in lungs and other organs of people who have died of ‘COVID’. The virus is blamed of course.

One common feature of COVID-19 is hypoxia (lack of oxygen to body cells and tissues) caused by the inability of the haemoglobin molecule to carry oxygen around the body. The haemoglobin molecule has released its iron and in this state cannot bind with oxygen so the body lacks oxygen and suffers hypoxia. The unattached iron is also a problem causing reactive damage in the body.
In April this year a New York City physician named Cameron Kyle-Sidell posted a video on YouTube, pleading for health practitioners to recognize that COVID-19 is not a pneumonia-like disease at all. It’s an oxygen deprivation condition, and the use of ventilators may be doing more harm than good with some patients.
COVID-19 lung disease, as far as I can see, is not a pneumonia . Rather, it appears as if some kind of viral-induced disease most resembling high altitude sickness. Is it as if tens of thousands of my fellow New Yorkers are on a plane at 30,000 feet as the cabin pressure is slowly being let out. These patients are slowly being starved of oxygen.
The rollout of 5G
Could it be the 5G millimetre waves that are damaging the oxygen molecules. These millimetre waves interfere with the availability of oxygen in the atmosphere. It is not a coincidence that Wuhan, China turned on its first 5G communication network just two weeks before the first known person became ill there with a disease that has since shut down the world. It is not a coincidence that the Diamond Princess cruise ship set sail with 5G satellite communication antennas on board, immediately before the same disease sickened hundreds of its passengers. Cowan notes that illness has followed 5G installation throughout the world.
COVID vaccines
There is a chapter on vaccination in The Contagion Myth. Vaccination as a practice began in 1796 with the smallpox vaccine resulting in much higher death rates among the vaccinees than amongst those who were not vaccinated.
According to research by Professor Alfred Russel Wallace who studied the high death rate from smallpox among heavily vaccinated US military compared with the results obtained in Leicester, England.
In the whole of the nineteen years 1878-1896 inclusive, unvaccinated Leicester had so few smallpox deaths that the Registrar-General presents the average by the decimal 0.01 per thousand population equal to ten per million, whereas during 1876-1889, there was less than one death per annum. Here we have real immunity, real protection; and it is obtained by attending to sanitation and isolation coupled with the almost total neglect of vaccination.
Clearly, protection through vaccination for diseases like smallpox is an ugly superstition that must be discarded.
Present day
The world wakes daily to news that the COVID-19 vaccines will save mankind and enable us to get back to some sort of normality. But in reality a vaccine is not going to help us but will cause more deaths, neurological and autoimmune disorders.
And all for an illness that is not contagious!
The authors put forward some remedies to the present impasse which include challenging changes to the way we live:
Like the warnings on cigarette packages, there will be warnings on cell phones against use by children; sales of cell phones to young people will be forbidden And no-one will dream of entering another person’s home with their cell phones on.
These are positive changes whether the ‘pandemic’ proves to be related to 5G in the end.
Resonance
Chapter 7 discusses resonance and includes a discussion of “measles parties” and the problem of how to explain what seems to be the contagious nature of childhood diseases like measles , mumps and chicken pox. The authors use the ‘phenomena of resonance’ to help us understand why measles, mumps and chicken pox seem to be contagious.
If one plucks a string tuned to a certain frequency, the vibrations of the string will cause a second string tuned to the same frequency to vibrate and sound at the same frequency. The two strings are not touching; the connection is through a sound wave that travels between the strings.
Why do measles and chicken pox seems to be infectious? One child puts out a message through exosomes that now is the time to go through the detoxifying experience called chicken pox. Other children in their home or class or town receive the message and begin the same detoxification experience.
This is a fascinating book and finishes on a positive note:
The world can be restored, the lesson be learned, materialism currently in the form of a toxic virus theory and enthrallment to the Internet can be overcome. We can do this, it’s just a spell, it’s not real, it’s make believe. All we have to do is find courage and love in our hearts to embrace the truth.
